NON-DEAL ROADSHOWS
Non-deal roadshows (NDRs) offer investors a closer and more detailed look at a Company’s story that press releases, conference presentations, and other public documents cannot provide. Public companies may benefit from scheduling NDRs to raise awareness of the Company within the financial community. The focus of NDRs is to educate investors on the Company’s competitive advantages, communicate upcoming milestones, provide access to investors that do not usually attend conferences, expand a Company’s shareholder base, and offer a deeper understanding of its unique products and services.
