Senior Investor Relations Advisor

Barry has 20-years of capital markets experience spanning investment banking, corporate investor relations, and IR / strategic communications consulting. Collectively, he has expertise working throughout the entire corporate lifecycle. Barry started his career working as an investment banker with J.P. Morgan in New York City and BofA Securities in San Francisco. He then served as the Head of Investor Relations within two public companies where he helped each management team navigate business transformations including a change in CEO, shift of service offerings, new global footprints, and strategic M&A transactions.

More recently, Barry held senior roles within several national IR agencies, including a Managing Director position with The Blueshirt Group, leading client engagements for IPOs, M&A, public investor relations and a range of special situations.

Barry has earned a B.S. Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
